We have visited this restaurant twice now and both times the service was absolutely rubbish. On both occasions we were waiting for over 45 mins for our main courses. Then when we complained they came within minutes but were cold. They seems to be no system in place as to who looks after which tables. The waiters were all over the place, spending most time talking at the bar. People coming in and ordering take aways were getting their food quicker than us, I know they probably want to retain their takeaway customers as this is how Jehangir started, but I am sure it is the restaurant visitors that are bringing in more money, Such a shame as we had a good night until we went there. They will now lose our custom as both takeaway and restaurant users. To Jehangir, you have clearly bitten off more than you can chew trying to run this establishment with the staff you have.

I was at the counter of this place some weeks ago for ages, waiting to be asked what takeaway I would like. After a good period of time without being approached, I gave up and left.I did though note at the time that there was not the slightest smell of appetizing curry in the place. Three of us have just had a meal there for a try out (still no curry smells around) I had no great hopes of what might turn up. So I was not surprised at all when one of the blandest so called currys that I have ever had was served up to us. The admittedly tender meat chunks impressivly tasted of nothing and I could not even begin to be able to tell what was chicken and which was lamb. The whole experience was a true waste of calorie intake which our diet needing bodies could well have done without. All of the above and £33 lighter in the wallet. Never again.
